The Little House offers a spacious living area and a functional mezzanine, ensuring optimal comfort and extra space around the main bed. The tasteful decor and welcoming atmosphere have been designed to make you feel at home amidst the vineyards of Poncey, a hamlet of Givry in the heart of southern Burgundy. Surrounded by greenery and tranquility, this charming house showcases its recent makeover, restored antique furniture, and soft colors. Located 60 km from Dijon, 10 km from Chalon-sur-Saône, 30 km from Beaune, and just 20 minutes from the Montchanin Le Creusot TGV station, this rental guarantees peace and comfort for a pleasant stay. Many tourist and sports activities are available nearby. Throughout the year, the village and region host various events to enhance your stay. An electric vehicle charging station is available on site for an additional fee. The owners’ pool is graciously available to guests of the Little House. There are no other guests. The owners may also use the pool. The Little House is next to the owners’ home. Two cats live on the property but do not enter the Little House.
